Here are the latest changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for April 30th, 2024.
- Filter Prospect Insights assigned prospects (for some of you)
- Filter Prospect Insights Pro assigned prospects (for those with Prospect Insights Pro)
- PayPal and Venmo payments for online registration forms now display PayPal transaction ID
Filter Prospect Insights assigned prospects (for some of you)
Now, you can filter assigned prospects that appear on Your prospects or All assigned prospects to display only prospects in the Low likelihood or Undergiving list.
Filter Prospect Insights Pro assigned prospects (for those with Prospect Insights Pro)
Now, you can filter assigned prospects that appear on Your prospects or All assigned prospects to display only prospects in the Undergiving list, select the list from the queue filter. For All assigned prospects, you may also filter by Smaller predicted gift.
PayPal and Venmo payments for online registration forms now display PayPal transaction ID
To help with reconciliation, now payments made by PayPal and Venmo through online registration forms display the PayPal transaction ID on gift records under Comment.
Note: Currently, only those in the US can accept Venmo payments.
