Blackbaud CRM 4.0 New Features

Blackbaud CRM 4.0 features exciting enhancements designed to increase usability, improve quality, strengthen performance, and push the boundaries of constituent engagement and fundraising.

New features and enhancements include:
 
- Improved functionality around many feature areas including Constituents, Prospects, Query, Revenue, Marketing and Communications, Treasury, Analysis, and Administration.
 
- Significant enhancements to our Help offering. We designed a tabbed panel to bring online Help topics directly into the program. With the new Help Panel, you can quickly access new feature content, up-to-date Help topics from service pack new features and additional content improvements, and feature videos. Take a tour!
 
- Powerful improvements to the quality of our existing User Education resources. A large portion of this initiative was based on feedback from Blackbaud Customer Support, Blackbaud Professional Services, and our very own customers! We reviewed, tested, and updated content to ensure accuracy and provide a more logical flow of information. We reorganized functional areas, added "Big Picture" overview information, and designed workflow illustrations. We also created new How-To videos...just a few include Batch, Import, Apply Payments to Commitments in Batch, and Create an Ad-Hoc Query.
