You may have noticed that we're trying some new things with 4.0 post-release communication. One recent example of this was the March Spotlight, which explored some important changes in Service Pack 1. Another such effort is the newly created 4.0 State of the Release newsletter. This bi-weekly newsletter will continue through Service Pack 2, with the goal of sharing information about early learnings and changes related to 4.0.
What this newsletter is:
- An at-a-glance look at the current state of 4.0
- A regular update on new and important learnings
- A supplement to other Blackbaud CRM communication
What this newsletter is not:
- A comprehensive list of all things related to 4.0.
While we've included links to many 4.0 resources, you might still have product or upgrade questions that are not answered in this newsletter. If that is the case, we encourage you to seek answers through our other channels, such as your Technical Account Manager, Customer Support, this Community, and the release resources on the Blackbaud CRM Downloads page.
