Have you ever wanted to customize the way your records are arranged in Blackbaud CRM?  Or wished that a data list could include a couple of additional fields?

There are ways to “customize” your CRM database even if you aren’t a backend developer.  Join Jim Ballou, Principal Solutions Engineer for Blackbaud CRM, to dig in to this functionality and make CRM display the information that you really need, where you need it!

By the end of this session, users will be able to:

• Build a custom data list
  
• Add the new data list to a page in CRM
  
• Build a new page using Page Designer/Design Mode
  

The demonstration will be shown in a version 3.0 Web Shell environment, but the functionality is applicable to all versions.  While the "look" of the pages in Web Shell are different from those in the Click Once application that many of you are using, the tasks that we'll be looking at remain the same, and will be applicable to your database, regardless of format and/or version.
