Blackbaud is working to make our Quality Assurance processes more effective by incorporating the tests you run when you're preparing for a CRM patch, service pack or new release.  Any test cases provided by you will be reviewed against our current test suites for accuracy and aid us in molding our manual and automated test suites to cover the tests that matter most to you.

Our automated suite of test cases is run at regular intervals. We would also tag each test case we match or write with a client identifier, so that in the future we can run an automated suite of client specific test cases prior to any upgrade and/or go-live.
