Join the weekly CRM and BBIS Chat Groups!

Do you ever ask yourself, “I wonder how other organizations handle [insert your biggest question here] in Blackbaud CRM (or BBIS)?” You’re not alone!  We have the answer.
 
Every week, Blackbaud CRM and BBIS users get together online to have a live discussion about all of the topics you have questions about – and we want YOU to join us!
 
Our topics are chosen by the group in advance, and we’re always looking for new topic suggestions and ideas!  This is an exciting opportunity to connect with your peers to share best practices, questions, solutions, and more!  

When can I start?
 
Blackbaud CRM Chat Group: Every Thursday, 2-3pm Eastern (Join us this Thursday, May 28th)
BBIS Chat Group: Every other Wednesday, 2-3pm Eastern (Join us this Wednesday, May 27th)
 
This week, we’ll meet to plan for future topics.  If you have topics that you’d like to discuss with the group, projects that you’re working on, areas that you focus on, etc. – bring those ideas to the session and we will put them on our schedule of topics to discuss!

What else do I need to know?
 
Sometimes, the sessions are all typing – we sign in and message each other as a group, asking and answering questions around the topic of the week.
 
Other weeks, we’ll all dial in and do a screenshare – we have different organizations volunteer to demo a certain aspect of their work and how they use Blackbaud CRM or BBIS, and then discuss.

Want to join?  Here’s how:
  1.  Go to the Blackbaud CRM Chat Group and/or the BBIS Chat Group and click the “Join” button.
  2. Go to the Events tab - you can see a list of all upcoming topics there.
  3. Download the recurring meeting reminder for Blackbaud CRM and/or BBIS if you’d like to add it to your calendar.
  4. When it’s time for a session, go to the virtual conference room in the meeting reminder, and we’ll start chatting!
