- Redesigned batch processing screens better accommodate multiple event registrations and help reduce the risk of creating duplicate records
- Enhanced Communication Consent Support
- New functionality on the Communication Preference Form supports the new solicit code types for channel-level consent available in Blackbaud CRM and captures required supporting information to be stored with the consent
- Responsive Email Template Samples
- “Mobile friendly” sample email templates have moved from within the product and replaced them with a link to our Blackbaud Developer Network, where they will be maintained
