Important Information For BBIS Customers About SP15 Release

**Update - Hotfix 59 has been released for this issue.**

BBIS Customers,

An issue has been discovered with SP15 for customers using BBIS who have their BBIS home page configured to a page that includes any of the following parts/forms:

• Donation form
• Advanced donation form
• User login
• Event Registration form
• Event Registration (classic)
• Payment 2.0
• Communication preference form/

When the homepage is configured as such, the website will hang and/or timeout.   A hotfix is being worked on at the highest priority, and is expected to be ready for release by the end of this week.

You are not affected if:

• You are a CRM customer and do not use BBIS
• The page configured as your home page (Admin-->Settings) does not contain any of the above parts.

Available Workarounds:
Until the hotfix is made available, you can change your homepage to a page that does not include the above parts to continue your BBIS testing.
