Blackbaud CRM 3.0 Service Pack 8 Released

We are happy to announce Service Pack 8 for version 3.0 was released on July 10^th, 2014.  Currently there are 33 clients that have downloaded, are in the process of testing, or applied the Service Pack to their production environment. 
 
This Service Pack addresses 59 issues including allowing If, Then, Else Statements in mail merges within Web Shell.
