Blackbaud CRM & BBIS SP28 Is Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 28 for version 4.0 released , and is available on the Blackbaud downloads page

The Service Pack 28 release contains many security enhancements along with quality improvements. Here are some of highlights from this service pack:

Ability to Edit Membership Type on a Membership record.
Ability to sync the end dates between Employment history and Relationship record.
To improve security, Blackbaud Internet Solutions now locks user accounts for consecutive unsuccessful login attempts.
In Blackbaud Internet Solutions, the system will generate a security event log where a brute force attack is suspected.
