Gender Survey - Let Us Know! How Do You Use Gender In Blackbaud CRM™?

Hello Blackbaud CRM™ Community,
First, some good news: the Blackbaud CRM Product Team has finished discovery on Gender field usage! This research effort was driven by your Idea Bank submission, your comments, and your direct feedback with your CSMs. We are now continuing this work at Blackbaud as we move into the prototyping and technical feasibility phase.
In the meantime, we'd love to hear from the wider community through a short, quick survey. This is your chance to let us know how your organization is using the Gender field in Blackbaud CRM.
All Blackbaud CRM users are welcome to take the survey, and multiple users from an organization are encouraged to fill out the survey as well!
