Blackbaud CRM And BBIS Service Pack 33 Is Now Available

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 33 is released and available on the Blackbaud downloads page.

The Service Pack 33 release contains new enhancements along with quality improvements. Here are some of the highlights from this service pack:

SKY API support for Blackbaud-hosted customers
New field on phone records: Do Not Text
New fields on email records: Confidential, and Do Not Email reason
Ability to permission Run As to a non-admin user
Visual Studio 2022 is now supported
BBIS:
- Personalized email subject lines
- reCAPTCHA for additional transaction types
- Tiny MCE version upgrade
