Blackbaud CRM And BBIS Service Pack 34 Is Now Available

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 34 is released and available on the Blackbaud downloads page.

The Service Pack 34 release contains new enhancements along with quality improvements. Here are some of the highlights from this service pack:

A new "enable overpayment" rule setting for batch and import of recurring gifts
Ability to mark stewardship plans as historical
New fields in Constituent Batch for phone and email records: info source and comments
For Blackbaud hosted customers using Blackbaud ID, session timeout has been extended to 90 minutes
PeopleFinder, EmailFinder and PhoneFinder now use the Blackbaud SFTP server for file transfer. You must enter your login information in BBCRM Data Tune-up
