Online Gift Aid Submissions in The Raiser’s Edge

Good news for our UK customers!  We have released a new patch (Patch 12) which fixes a couple of issues that were identified previous versions of The Raiser’s Edge.  Note – this patch is not located in the usual download section on the Blackbaud website, due to the impending release of 7.93 (due within 2 weeks!).

This patch fixes the Authentication errors reported when submitting claims in patch 11, as well as improving the performance of the submission.

Note – if you are hosted, your database will be updated straight to 7.93, which will incorporate the necessary changes, as well as some cool new features!
