The Mobile App for The Raiser’s Edge Update Released!

The Mobile App for The Raiser’s Edge update was released yesterday, Oct. 22. This update includes compatibility with Android OS 4.2, and also iPad optimization.
iPad optimization is basically a customized format of the app that is specific to iPads. In addition, please check out the Walk Through!! In order to access the iPad-optimized features, iPad users will need to download a completely new app called The Raiser’s Edge HD. Users can continue to use the ‘old’ RE app on their iPads, but the ‘old’ app will not include any of the new and exciting optimization features.
On mobile phone devices, only Android users will be prompted to update the app on their devices. iPhone and Blackberry users will not be prompted to update. There will be no prompts to update the Mobile Service, either. Other than these updates, we expect that no other action will be necessary by users or administrators.
