- This post does not pertain to The Raiser's Edge Connector for Luminate Online
- At this time, we cannot transfer the other way - i.e., from Luminate to The Raiser's Edge.
- At this time, we can only transfer Raiser’s Edge queries that do not include any Sort fields on the Sort tab.
Here are the steps for doing this:
- Ensure there is a query category called Luminate in The Raiser's Edge Query page
- Create a Constituent query without any Sort fields
- Save the query and add it to the Luminate Category
- In Luminate Online, click on Constituent 360 > Groups
- Click the "Map a New Group to an off-line segment" button
- Enter a name, description, security mode, and security category
- In the Group Type dropdown, choose RE Groups
- In the Map to Offline Logical Segment dropdown, select the query created in Step 2 in The Raiser's Edge
- Mark the option to Periodically rebuild group membership if needed
- Click Save. The group will now appear in Constituent 360 > Groups for use with Luminate Online
