Update on Status of Raiser’s Edge™ 7.94

Last week, in response to the top requests of our customers, we released an enhancement to Raiser’s Edge™ 7.94. Customers have reported trouble, we believe connected to data associated with the merging of relationship contact information. This is manifesting as duplicate phone numbers and/or inactive contact information becoming active.

We have focused every available resource to address this issue and others that have been reported, communicating directly with those impacted and providing real-time updates on our Customer Resource Page. Until this issue is resolved, we will further contain disruption by temporarily delaying requests for new upgrades to v7.94.

Our customers’ success is our highest priority and this disruption is unacceptable to us all. We are working tirelessly to address this matter, minimize disruption and implement the right resolutions.
