To help you better find the training you want or need, we’ve upgraded our Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge, and NXT curriculum resources! That means there’s a new look and feel to the curriculum datasheets and product pages you access when you’re researching Blackbaud training offerings.
Curriculum Datasheets—Revamped!
Our curriculum datasheets now offer a role-based grid that cross-references each course to specific areas of job responsibility. This easy-to-use grid outlines training paths for some of the most common job roles and synchronizes those roles with categories of Blackbaud University training. For example, as a database administrator (DBA), I would locate my job role across the top of the grid and then match the training path for my job role with the headings in the datasheet. I would need to start with the Fundamentals classes and then move into the Constituent Management classes, then Gift Management, etcetera.
Product Pages—Updated!
Our Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge product pages are also updated to include a separate course listing for the NXT products. And now that our NXT courses have matured, all NXT courses have their own curriculum datasheets and Training Central product pages! Yes, we’ve created new datasheets and pages for Raiser’s Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT, giving focus to the new NXT technology. And you can link to the information you need based on the product you use.
