This Meet-up Could Make Your Wishes Come True...

I often like to say "there has never been an idea about which I don't have an opinion." Basically, this is a fancy way of me saying "I love to give feedback."

On everything.

All the time.

So this week, I'd like to invite you to join me in one of the greatest joys of my life: giving feedback.

On Wednesday, October 18, from 5-6 p.m. Eastern Time, we are hosting a virtual meet-up with Jennifer Sorkin, Instructional Designer for Raiser's Edge and Raiser's Edge NXT, and Grace Tate, Onboarding and Adoption Manager for Online Express.

The theme of the meet-up is "Wish I'd Known..." as in what are tips you wish you'd been told when you got started with Raiser's Edge/Raiser's Edge NXT/Online Express, what are tricks you've learned since that you now can't live without, and what can we do to help share those early tips and tricks faster or more effectively?

This is an informal style meet-up, with lots of open ended questions, so come ready to share, learn, and network!

does anyone know if Chrome is the better browser to use? I've been having trouble with Blackbaud webinars (no audio is usually the issue) for months and months and when I tried to get to the recording it kept telling me I needed the latest flash...I downloaded that and restarted and it still wouldn't work. I changed to Chrome and it is kind of working...I can hear audio and say the visual for a moment but now it is gone. I've had to restart it in Chrome about 3 times so far. Basically I'm not sure if it is my technical issues or if others are experiencing this as well.
