What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT the week of March 23

Published

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT updated with some great features and enhancements to ease assigning and managing solicitor relationships with constituents, proposals, and actions.

View a constituent's assigned solicitors. On a constituent's record, you can now view who's assigned to cultivate the relationship on behalf of your organization under Assigned solicitors. For each solicitor, you can view details including their name, type, and the duration of their assignment. For additional details, such as goals, notes, and the funds or campaigns they support, you can expand their row. For more information, see the Solicitor Assignments Help.

This is just the start to managing solicitor assignments in Raiser's Edge NXT! In future releases, you'll be able to assign solicitors to a constituent under Assigned solicitors and manage those assignments — such as to end the relationship or transfer it to another solicitor — directly from the constituent record. Stay tuned!

Assign proposals to solicitors. To help track who manages a proposal effort, you can now add solicitors to a proposal. When you add or edit the proposal, specify its solicitors and how much credit they get for the gifts received as a result of their effort. To edit the details of a proposal, such as its solicitor or deadline, you can now click Edit proposal on its record. (In a future release, you'll be able to edit a proposal or quickly update its status from Work Center as well!)

Easily assign actions to solicitors. When you add a task or interaction for a constituent you're assigned to as a solicitor, you're now automatically assigned to the action. To quickly assign it to someone else, you can now select a suggested solicitor from a list.

For more details about these features, check out the What's New Help.
