What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT the week of June 15
Published
This week, Raiser's Edge NXT updates with a highly-requested feature — constituent appeals! — and an enhancement to last week's custom action statuses.
View a constituent's appeals. Appeals are the solicitations used to bring in gifts, such as direct mailings, phonathons, auctions, or gala events. On a constituent's record, you can now view which solicitations they've received under Appeals. For each appeal, you can view details such as its name, date, and package. (In a future release, you'll also be able to filter these appeals by date, package, and category.) For more information, check out the Appeals Help.
View custom action statuses in lists. To help track an action's progress, any custom statuses your organization may use now appear in lists of actions, such as in Work Center or from a constituent's record. In the Status column, the current custom status of each action appears, in addition to the current completion status. For more details, see the Action Statuses Help.
View gift totals in lists. In lists of gifts, such as in Work Center or from a constituent's record, the Gifts total provides how many gifts the list includes. For clarity, the previous Transactions received total no longer appears. To view how many gifts of a specific type — such as donations and pledge payments — appear in a list, use the Of these types filter to include only those gift types.
For more information about this week's update, check out the What's New Help. Enjoy!
