Filter Actions by Custom Status: What's New the Week of June 22

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT extends its recent custom action status feature with a new actions filter! If your organization uses custom status codes to track the progress of actions, you can now filter lists of actions — such as in Work Center or from a constituent's record — to view only those with specific statuses. To filter a list of actions by custom status code, select Filters, select Status code under With status of, choose which statuses to include, and then select Select.
