My ResearchPoint coworker gave me a few records who are regularly confused in RP/Target Analytics and whose default Blackbaud Ratings were based on someone else's data. When I looked at them, their Financial Information was empty, so this is only the data we chose to attach to the record. Good!
However: when I disable "Financial" in the Prospect section of Constituent security settings, only the financial graph disappears. Those users can still view the other data we linked from Research Point, such as Contributions, and clicking on the number opens a detailed list. I really don't want that to be available to my general users who DO need to see the prospect status. How can I make this information available to our higher level fundraiser managers and prospect research team but not to our general users?
Also, how do I turn it off so my general users can see the prospect classification and status but NOT the financial information? (I really don't want them to have it showing on their phones when they're in a meeting with the donor or other sensitive situations where they might be checking RE!)
