What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of August 20

Published

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces new name columns for constituent lists.

View and export name columns for individuals.  To help you sort individuals in constituent lists, you can now include the First nameMiddle nameLast name, and Preferred name fields from their records as columns. Previously, name information was only available in the Constituent summary column. To include the new columns in a constituent list, select Choose columns, choose the names to include, and select Apply changes.

Tip: To view and export name information for organizations, you can add the Constituent summary column in a constituent list. The Constituent summary column includes name and contact information for both individuals and organizations.

When you export a constituent list that includes these columns, they now appear in the comma-separate values (CSV) file. For more information, see Export Lists.

Hi Susan Cornforth and Jenna Anderson - First, I apologize for the delayed response. There’s an issue with notifications for the Community, so I only recently saw your questions. I followed up with the Product Manager and he thinks these are both great suggestions for the idea bank. Susan - Here's a link for adding all demographic information as column choices: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-2109 and Jenna - here's the link for spouse's name on constituent lists: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-1387. Thanks for the great feedback!
Any update on being able to see/export the spouse's name?
Yay! Thanks so much, this will help a lot!
This is very helpful, thank you! Do you know if there will eventually be a separate address field as well?
