We hope you’ll join us for our first Product Update Briefing Series, which is sure to get you excited about new features within Raiser’s Edge NXT such as automated recurring gifts, Web View donation forms, and enhancements to workflow designer! As a follow-up to this overview, the Blackbaud Customer Success team has developed Product Adoption Sessions to empower your organization to strategically implement all the capabilities your Blackbaud products have to offer.

Led by Taylor Francis, these interactive sessions are a great extension to everything you’ll see in the product update briefings. Our goal is to provide you with the guidance your organization needs to successfully incorporate these new features into your processes and procedures. Session content focuses on the “how do I” questions that organizations like yours are asking as they pivot strategies - or ignite new ideas - to meet their goals in these uncertain times.

Here's what we have lined up for Raiser’s Edge NXT:

Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT: Best Practices for Automated Recurring Gifts
May 4 at 2:00 p.m. ET

Something you’ve all been waiting for… automated recurring gifts are here! In this session, we’ll discuss the considerations your organization will want to keep in mind as you transition to using automated recurring gifts. We’ll review the highlights of automated recurring gifts and discuss 4 different ways to add automated recurring gifts to your database, along with the pros and cons of each approach. We’ll wrap up with a discussion around best practices of implementing this feature, integrating it into your existing processes, and managing your sustainer program.

May 5 at 2:00 p,m. ET

Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, powered by JustGiving allows organizations to create innovative virtual events and do-it-yourself fundraising campaigns. In this session, we’ll highlight what Blackbaud P2P has to offer and how to directly integrate it with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. We’ll showcase examples of how it’s being used to power virtual events and DIY fundraising, review technical details of the integration with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT (available to US customers at this time), and close out with insider tips to ensure you can integrate this new class of fundraising data into new and existing workflows.

Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT: Insights and Best Practices for Using New Donation Forms (US)
May 7 at 2:00 p.m. ET

Customers in the US now have access to the new Donation Form designer in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. We want to provide you with tips and best practices for using these new donation forms. In this session, we’ll review how to create a form using Donation Form designer, how to manage incoming donors and gifts from your donation form, and outline important considerations for acknowledgement, receipting, and reconciliation. We’ll also include a comparison of Donation Form Designer and Online Express forms to equip your organization to implement the appropriate tool for your unique needs.

Join us and watch how a little more knowledge—and partnering with Blackbaud Customer Success—can fire up your work in 2020.

Hey Ryan Carr‍! Thanks for your feedback! I'm not 100% sure of the our specific roadmap items related to lists, but I do see that there is a popular idea in our Idea Bank around this (https://community.blackbaud.com/products/raisersedgenxt/ideas - "Add all field options available in RE database view to lists in RE NXT"). It looks like this one has been reviewed by our product team, so be sure to vote here and add your feedback to this topic so our RE NXT Product Development team can hear your thoughts.

Is there any plan to put some focus on Lists and more refined queries? This drives our major gift pipeline, and is much more of a priority than automated monthly donations.
