Membership Miniseries: Increase Your Sales

The Altru miniseries kicks off again next week with a 3 session series on Membership. So, Membership and Development users - this is your series. Rachel and Jen will be covering converting visitors to members, utilizing recurring membership programs, and increasing renewals through online sales. There is limited space in these classes (to accommodate discussion and Q&A), so sign up asap if you want to attend!

May  15, 2013 - Converting Visitors into Members - Register Now

2:00 p.m. ET

Event Description: In this one hour session, we will discuss how to set up  and utilize seasonal membership promotions. We will also discuss how to target Patrons who have visited the museum but are not members. The goal of this session is to help you discover which Patrons are ideal candidates to convert to members and how to solicit them to become members.

 

May 22, 2013 - Utilizing Recurring Membership Programs - Register Now

2:00 p.m. ET

Event Description: In this one hour session, we will discuss how to set up and use recurring or sustaining membership programs to increase your member base. Recurring programs are for memberships with no expiration date as long as a set amount is paid on a recurring basis. This is most often used when members want to pay for a membership in installments.

 

May 29, 2013 - Increasing Membership Renewals through Online Sales - Register Now

2:00  p.m. ET

Event Description: In this one hour session, we will discuss how to send email renewal notices with a direct link for a member to renew/upgrade their membership. We will also discuss the importance of driving Members to register for the web to receive special discounts and rates for tickets.
