Back by Popular Demand: Group Sales Miniseries Returns in September

The group sales miniseries in August was our most popular to date, filling up in just a couple days. So, we're doing it all over again in Sept. This time the classes will meet on Tuesday for 1 hour sessions, starting at 2 pm ET.

The last year has brought a significant amount of changes to group sales, so whether you're just getting started or are a seasoned vet, these classes will serve as a great place to jump start or refresh your group sales knowledge.

We will discuss how to set up and add reservations in Altru. We will also discuss how to schedule program events, customize itineraries, and make changes to the itinerary.

We'll also discuss how to add deposits & payments, change visit dates, and check-in groups.

Sept 17 - Troubleshooting Common Problems in Group Sales Sign up here.

We will discuss how to resolve flat rate error messages, generate a new contract, update pricing or visitor count, and manage discounts.

Sept 24 - Reporting on Group Sales Attendance & Revenue Sign up here.

We will discuss what shows on each group sales report along with the parameters and dates associated with the report results. We will also investigate some common queries use to help aid reporting on group sales revenue.
