To get in the holiday spirit, the Altru team has put together a little Thanksgiving list. We all feel pretty lucky to work on the team that we do, with the customers that we have. Specifically:
Jeff Heffner - I’m thankful for faster, cheaper Windows 8 tablets for the holiday season.
Kristen Gastaldo - I'm thankful for community members past, present, and yet to come!
Jessica Lee - I’m thankful for amazing customers who enjoy building relationships with us, talking to us like we are friends, and are so cooperative when we need to delve into difficult issues for them. You make our jobs much easier because of your kind and positive attitudes!
Rachel Chigges - I am thankful for an eclectic team of Individuals who constantly make me laugh, challenge me and teach me what it means to serve our customers. I am also thankful that Altru is an ever changing product, making my job easier when I can say, YES that feature is coming!
David Vroblesky - I’m thankful for getting to work with users who have such as good sense of humor and are so much fun to talk with on the phone.
Rachel Seklecki - Ooh definitely candy, our new teammates and all of our teammates! Go team Altru!
Kevin Brunson - I’m thankful for the changes we made in October, based on Community feedback, to Webform acknowledgements. I think it’s awesome that we now have the ability to target email acknowledgement responses based on the online transaction.
Sarah Lithgow - I am thankful for all the tasty food we like to eat on our team and for the wonderful community of users that I feel we are more than just “analysts” to and they are more than just “clients” to us!
Just as a reminder, we will be out of the office after 3 pm ET on Wednesday, Nov 27 and return on Monday, December 2nd. Feel free to create cases or update your case notes and we'll get back to you on Monday. If you do have a critical or down issue, create a case with the critical or down tag, and our emergency support will get back to you asap.
