Altru 3.14: New Features Coming in February

Our first release of 2014, Altru 3.14, we're giving you some sweet new functionality. Clearly, the pi(e) reference is not lost on us, so forgive any tasty/sweet puns to come. This release includes several new features, as well as numerous bug fixes. Here's what you can look forward to using in Feb:

Process Partial Refunds for Discounted Items

You can now partially refund discounted items such as tickets, memberships, and preregistered program events. We've also updated the Refunds page to include Registrant, Bar code, and Discount columns. The Total Revenue and Payments, Discount, & Sales reports have been updated to reflect these partial refund changes.

*This functionality does not apply to combo tickets or special events. You are still unable to partially refund those items.

 Mobile Check-in for Events

Prior to the 3.14 release, mobile check-in was only available for preregistered programs. Events are now an option.

We've also given you the ability to search by Lookup ID, edit the contents of a letter and save the updated version on the interaction, and mark query or KPI as a favorite from the query or KPI record.
