New Features Coming in April: Altru 3.15

In keeping with our 2 month release cycles, Altru will be upgraded to 3.15 next week (April 9, 11). Check out our New Features page to preview the new features and register for training. Here is the highlights from this release:



Reschedule Tickets

In this release, you can now reschedule tickets of the same program and price type for another of a different date and time. Now, you have the option if you truly want to refund a ticket or reschedule it. This was one of our most popular ideas in the community.

Preregistered Events Updates

In this release, you can now capture registration information for preregistered events from Daily, Advance, and Online sales. You can record all the information you need for your preregistered events such as contact information, medical information, and preferences.

Usability Enhancements

We've implemented a number of suggestions from the community, including:

Have mobile check-in sort by Last Name, First Name.

Make the program search filters sticky.

Make the constituent search filters sticky.
