Altru 3.16: New Features Coming Next Week

You're probably used to this schedule by now. Every 2 months, we add new features and fixes to Altru - and the June release is just a week away. Visit the Altru New Features page to get all the information and guidance you need to begin using the new features right away.

The theme of this release is improving the visitor experience!
- Refund enhancements: We've update the refund page to give you more flexibility with how tickets, registrants, memberships, and merchandise are handled after a full or partial refund. For example, in Altru 3.16 you can issue a partial refund of a membership and leave the membership as active in order to retroactively apply a promotion. Check the New Features page for more details!
- Membership gifts: If a membership was meant to be a gift, you can now change its status to a gift after the fact, along with choosing the giver and where renewal notices should be sent. Correct the record and have a more accurate view of gift memberships!
- Registration forms: You can now sort the dropdown options in a registration form to give more flexibility for adding new choices at a later time. Also in Altru 3.16, registration information is accessible through Query!
- Organization calendar: You'll now find locations for programs and special events on the organization calendar! Just hover over the event to see details at a glance. Also, group reservations now show the number of visitors, status, and itinerary details without having to open the reservation!
