Altru Masters Workshop: Managing Your Membership Program

Description: Focusing on day-to-day maintenance activities often performed by Membership Managers, this one-hour Altru Masters Workshop will cover often requested how-to’s including transferring a membership to another constituent, updating gift membership status, reprinting membership cards and managing membership promotions. The class will also cover making changes to existing membership renewal processes and updating  the configuration of your membership program, including changes to levels, pricing, renewal windows and expirations. This class is best suited to those whose Membership Programs have already been configured and are actively in use.

Altru Masters Workshop: Cumulative Giving, Recognition, and Reporting in Altru

Description: Want to better understand how your Constituents contribute to your organization financially? Wondering whose name should really go on that Donor Wall? This one-hour Masters Workshop class will cover configuration and use of revenue and recognition filters, cumulative giving smart fields, and a selection of useful revenue reports. The Revenue 101 in Altru class and general comfort with adding revenue records should be considered prerequisites for this class.
