The theme of this release is driving efficiency!
- Global Change: Global change allows you to make select changes to a specific group of records in your system. For example, you could remove the “trustee” constituency from all previous year trustees when their term expires.
- Refund enhancements: We've updated refunds to give you more flexibility with how tickets, registrants, memberships, and merchandise are handled after a full or partial refund. For example, in Altru 3.17 you can give a refund without cancelling tickets or refund merchandise without returning the item to inventory. You can also issue a partial refund of a membership and leave the membership as active in order to retroactively apply a promotion.
- Membership gifts: If a membership was meant to be a gift, you can now change its status to a gift after the fact, along with choosing the giver and where renewal notices should be sent. Correct the record and have a more accurate view of gift memberships!
- Registration forms: You can now sort the dropdown options in a registration form to give more flexibility for adding new choices at a later time. Also in Altru 3.17, registration information is accessible through Query!
- Organization calendar: You’ll now find locations for programs and special events on the organization calendar! Just hover over the event to see details at a glance. Additionally, group reservations now show the number of visitors, status, and itinerary details without having to open the reservation!
