So we've developed some advanced training - the Altru Masters Workshops. These one hour classes focus on specific tasks in Altru, rather than reviewing an entire section. Altru Masters Workshop: Visitor Services Revenue and Attendance Analysis

Date: July 31^st – 1-2pm ET

Description: This Altru Masters Workshop will cover reporting on Visitor Services attendance and revenue.  In this class we will review the standard report options in Altru and discuss the ability to use query to report on attendance for programs and events and program revenue in your Altru database. General Sales 101 and Query 101 for Altru is a pre-requisite for attending.

Altru Masters Workshop: Membership eRenewals

Date: August 12^th – 1-2pm ET

Description: This Altru Masters Workshop will cover everything you need to know about sending Membership eRenewals in Altru. The class will cover setting up email letters, packages and editing renewal processes. It will also include tips for using the Altru Web Forms to boost online renewals.
