New Year, New Classes

Is brushing up on your Altru skills (0r learning new ones) on your resolution list? Or maybe cleaning up and caring for your Altru database? If so, we’ve got a few Masters Workshops planned this month to help you get everything ship shape for the new year ahead. We've also got a great class on reporting for Visitor Services as you wrap up last year.

Masters Workshop: Visitor Services Revenue & Attendance Analysis - Jan 6th, 1 pm ET - Register here.

This class covers reporting on Visitor Services, attendance, and revenue. We will review the standard report options in Altru and discuss the ability to use query to report on attendance for programs and events and program revenue in your Altru database. The General Sales 101 class and Query 101 class are prerequisites for attending.

Masters Workshop: Transaction Adjustments - Reversals, Refunds, Rescheduling, & More - Jan 13th, 1 pm ET - Register here.

This class covers everything you need to know about editing payments, making adjustments, refunding sales, and rescheduling tickets. You will learn how to adjust both back office transactions, like changing the designation on a payment, and how to adjust sales transactions via fully/partially refunding or rescheduling a ticket to a new date or time.

Masters Workshop: Managing the Fundraising Designation Hierarchy – January 15th, 2-3pm ETRegister here.

Getting ready for those donations to start rolling in? Join us to learn about preparing for donations by setting up the Fundraising hierarchy, and what to consider when building it from scratch or from a conversion. We'll also examine setting goals, and measuring your progress towards them with reports and KPI’s.

Masters Workshop: Tips & Tricks for Constituent Record Maintenance: Duplicate Prevention and Management – January 27th – 1-2pm ET – Register here.

In this workshop, you'll take a step toward learning to manage your database like a pro. Learn how to help prevent and manage duplicates, search for and update erroneous or missing data, and create processes to save time doing all of it!
