We have exciting news from our Support team!  On April 18th, we are extending our chat support until 8pm EST!  This is a request we heard from a lot of our customers, and we worked hard to deliver this to ensure that when you need us, we are available!

Our chat support has much quicker wait times than phone or Case Central, with an average wait of 1 ½ minutes.  In addition, our chat support cases are resolved more often on the first contact—almost 90% of the time!  So we hope you guys utilize our new chat hours and realize the time savings our chat offers!  Go ahead, chat today!

Hi Regina! The login for chat is the same one for the community, so it gives them access not only to support (chat), but also videos, training classes, voting on ideas, etc. They can use any email address, not necessarily one for your organization.
I like chat, but it is too bad that you have to login to another site to use it. Not all of our staff have access to the blackbaud webportal as they don't all have e-mail addresses. Additionally, it is one more password I never remember. Is there an auto-login that I'm missing?
