Summer is upon us and we've got some great Altru Support Seminars coming up! We'd love to see you in a session soon. Altru Support Seminar: Focus on the Field - Query Tips for Fundraising
Have you ever wished you had a query decoder? Or found yourself expanding endlessly in Browse for Fields in? Well, then this seminar series is for you! The second of a three part series, this one-hour instructor-led seminar will review the architecture of common query source views used for Fundraising (Constituent and Revenue) and how they compare to constituent and revenue records. You’ll also leave the class with an arsenal of common fields and techniques for all of your fundraising queries.

Altru Support Seminar: Web Forms In Depth
Web forms are a confluence of convenience. Convenient for your audience (sign up at any time/any place) and convenient for your staff (no follow up needed). So, it’s no surprise that we are seeing more and more transactions come through online. Join us for a one-hour instructor-led seminar to dive “under the hood” of Web Forms functionality in Altru. During this session we’ll review what options your team has to customize the design of Web forms in Altru. We will also look at the functionality of each of the fundraising, programs, registration, and membership Web forms. This seminar goes beyond the basics, so students are recommended to attend Altru: Web Forms class or have experience managing Web Forms in Altru prior to attending this session.

Have you ever wished you had a query decoder? Or found yourself expanding endlessly in Browse for Fields in? Well, then this seminar series is for you! The third of a three part series, this one-hour instructor-led session will review the architecture of common query source views used for Membership (Constituent and Membership) and how they compare to membership records. You’ll also leave the class with an arsenal of common fields and techniques for all of your membership queries.

Altru Support Seminar: Membership Program and Transaction Changes
During this one-hour session, you will learn tips and tricks on how to manage some of the most common membership activities including how to adjust a membership transaction to add an add-on, switching a donation payment to a membership payment, and reprinting membership cards.
