Have you ever watched a TV show, movie, or live production and wondered, “How did they decide to do this or that?” It’s always fun to get a behind the scenes look to answer some of those burning questions. We also gain a new understanding for why decisions were made and how those decisions affect the final product.

Now, have you ever looked at your program configuration in Altru and wondered, “How did we decide to do this or that?”

Often, we see the results of certain decisions but may not understand why or how those decisions were made. When it comes to programs and tickets, those decisions are important. As you’ve already read in many of our Spotlight on Altru posts this month, how you configure items such as price types and program events makes a huge difference in how you are able to track your results.
