Have you ever wondered if you’re using Altru to its full capacity? Are you wondering if you’re completing tasks in the most efficient manner? Speaking from experience, I know it’s relatively impossible to know everything about every area of Altru, but maybe there are tools you haven’t looked at since you went live—and you’ve always wondered about them.

I’m right there with you! Some questions remained in my head after my initial round of learning. How do you split recognition between a corporate donor and the constituent who brought in the gift? How do you split a gift between two designations? What happens if a constituent gets a divorce? Can you add matching giving information to an organization record?

In this 3-hour instructor-led class, you’ll learn all about those updates and changes you make to constituent and fundraising revenue records, such as splitting recognition and separating spouse records.

You’ll also learn about Batch, a helpful tool for those times when you must make one-off changes to multiple records or need to enter a bunch of new records quickly.
