New Instructor-Led Class Released! - Altru: Fundraising Configuration

I'm pleased to announce that starting January 15, 2016, we're adding a new instructor-led class for Altru. The new class Altru: Fundraising Configuration covers many of the important and useful features that should be configured in Altru to help you organize and analysis your fundrasing revenue. In this two-hour, instructor-led course, you will learn to configure the fundraising hierarchy, set fundraising goals, and configure settings related to donor constituency codes and recognition credits. You will also learn how to customize reporting filters and smart fields, and add and update KPIs.

This class is suitable for those new to Altru and those more experienced users who want to learn more about fundraising tools and the best practices for using those tools.

You may have also noticed that our class names have changed. We made this change to help you more easily search for and find the classes that you need, to be more consistent with the naming convention that other Blackbaud products use for classes, and in some cases to better represent what the class covers.
