Today's Tip: Use Jing to Share Your Screen

If you've spent any time with Altru customer support, you've probably received a how-to video from us, walking you through the steps to solve problems or perform tasks. We're big fans of videos; maybe we're all visual learners here.

In any case, we use this program - Jing - to record those videos. It's a great service that's free and allows you to quickly share videos of your computer screen.

We'd love for you guys to start using Jing to let us know what's going on with Altru for you. If you receive an error message or get stuck somewhere in a process, record your steps and send it over - it'll cut way down on the back and forth we have to do to get all your information.
