New Feature: Reduce Duplicates in Online Sales

A few releases ago, we improved duplicate matching for transactions added in the back office and daily sales. We've now added this new matching algorithm for online sales as well. You'll be able to specify the match confidence percentage for matched records, resulting in the transaction and any personal or contact information updates to an existing record. You'll also set the percentage threshold for a new record to be created if there isn't a match. Check it out:
