March (Miniseries) Madness

It's that time again. Time for picking your teams. Placing your bets. Pulling out your old (or perhaps new) college jersey. And time to wear said jersey to work for good luck, despite your boss' side glances, while you spend a little time with Team Altru.

Alright, that's about as far as I can take this metaphor. The Altru miniseries is back in March, tackling (any sports reference will do here, right?) Special Events.

See the details below and sign up for the class/classes of your choice. Each class is one hour long, and free of charge.

Configuring Special Events
Description: This is the first class in the Special Events Miniseries that will cover all the basic configuration set up required to run a successful event. This includes deciding on the best type of event to create, setting up pricing, adding expenses, enabling for the web and much more! Be sure to sign up for the other 3 classes in the series to become an expert on Special Events in Altru.

Sending Invitations for Special Events
Description: Let’s walk through sending invitations for events. Whether you send an actual invitation or just need a list of invitees, this class will cover it all!

Registering Attendees & Accepting Payment for Special Events
Description: Now that your special event is set up, let’s start accepting registrations and entering payments. This class will walk through registering event attendees and entering payments from the web, back office and the point of sale. Any Altru user that may use events should attend, including event managers, guest services managers and ticket sellers.

Reporting on Attendance & Revenue for Special Events
Description: This is the last part in the Special Events Miniseries which we will discover the best way to report on event attendance and revenue for special events. We will take a look at a number of reports as well as a few common queries used to gather event attendees, amount paid, balances, etc.
