New Feature: Help is On the Way!

We do our best to be thorough; you might even call us heavy handed on the resources. We have User Guides, Knowledgebase, the community, New Features Guides, 101 Training  Classes, our own YouTube channel … it’s a lot to keep straight. So in our next release of Altru, we've made help much easier to navigate.

One of the Altru analysts, David, did a little customer research and discovered that a lot of you hadn't noticed that little help button in the top right hand side. So, we’ve made it bigger … and better. If you have a question or get stuck in a process, just click the question mark.

This will allow you to search through the resources while you’re in Altru, instead of opening a new window in your browser. This way you can search for your solution, while keeping the process right in front of you.

When you search in the new window, you’ll see a couple sets of results – pulled from our resources and the community. Just choose which result seems to best fit your situation.

If you don’t see your solution, you can start a chat session with an analyst, create a case, search knowledgebase, or ask the community – right from help. You’ll just need to log in to Blackbaud.com or the community to connect.
