Become an Altru Expert with Our 101 Classes

It was the topic of our most attended miniseries. It accounted for over 300 cases last year. It has just shy of 200 topics in the community. Yep, you guessed it:

Query.

We realize query can be tough, but we also know that you guys can master it, so we've created some training for you. This month we’re releasing our new Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT*) – Query 101! Designed to show you the basic concepts in query, this class will help you go from query novice to query ninja. And even if you already consider yourself a black belt at query, this class is a great refresher.

During the Query 101 class, you’ll learn about the role of query in Altru and how it differs from reports. You’ll also get familiar with query terminology – and then add, save, and edit a query.
