Social Posting: A New Tool You're Really Going To "Like"

Summer’s here, but that doesn’t mean you should take a vacation from engaging your supporters. I’m here to share in this season of giving something that will help RENXT + NetCommunity customers engage better with their supporters via social media.

RENXT’s Social Posting feature will begin to roll out RENXT + NetCommunity customers later this month. RENXT + NetCommunity customers will receive an email notification informing you that you have access to Social Posting.  

Below you’ll find a rundown of FAQ’s regarding Social Posting in RENXT. If you have more questions, please post them for me in the comments below.  

What is Social Posting?
This new feature lets you connect your organization’s social accounts (Facebook Page and Twitter) so you can create and schedule posts to those channels from RENXT.

Why should I use Social Posting when I'm already using something else to manage my social media?
Our goal is to create a streamlined area for you to schedule and coordinate your supporter outreach through a variety of channels. We’re designing this tool to make easy to plan email, social posts, and eventually track constituent engagement with your Blackbaud’s suite of products. As we grow this feature, we will add metrics to show you post engagement, impressions, and likes.

Does the data funnel back into RENXT?
Not yet. This feature will be incorporated into Social Posting in the future. Our ultimate goal is provide a streamlined way for you to engage AND track all of your user interactions all within RENXT.

What's the cost?
Nothing, it’s free to NetCommunity customers who also own RENXT. No user limits or account limits. All we ask is that you share your feedback through the ideas page in the customer community so we can continue to improve the experience of using Social Posting.

When and where can I find it?
We’re planning to roll out Social Posting in RE NXT to all RE NXT + NetCommunity customers in the middle of July. Once you’ve received the notification that you have Social Posting, log into RENXT and click on Marketing > Social.
