Succeed with Grades Using Our New onRecord Grading Guide!

Published

Blackbaud K12 User Education is proud to announce the release of its much anticipated onRecord Grading Guide!

The onRecord Grading Guide establishes a link between each step involved with grading set-up, serving to make the process more linear and manageable. View the full guide right here.

The guide also goes into detail exploring some of the use cases for each section, helping to provide ideas for how grading managers can best have onRecord match their school’s distinct requirements and policies.

Some areas the guide explores include: Grade Translations (ex. Standard vs. Assessment), Grade Plan Groups (ex. Situations that necessitate creating more of them), and how to use Grade formulas.

We will continue to develop this guide as new features are introduced and as feedback is provided! We'd love to hear from you so let us know what you think in the comments below. As always, thank you for your support and we sincerely hope this documentation will be of service to you and your schools.

Make sure to subscribe to the K-12 Community in order to get all the latest discussions and blogs. Next week is a big one as the March release is finally here. We'll be taking a closer look at all of the newest items coming to you.

Until then, thanks for reading!

Thank you to our amazing documentation team (looking at you Bob) for putting this together!
This is great!  We are transitioning to onRecord next year and we were saying a step sheet guide would be great.  Keep them coming!!
