Focus Without Distraction: Newly Extended Blackbaud ID Inactivity Timeout!
Published
Previously, if a user who authenticates with Blackbaud ID appeared to be idle for 15 minutes, the user’s session timed out and the user had to log back in to continue working. A Keep Working? prompt appeared to warn the user at 13 minutes.
Now, the idle duration has been extended to 90 minutes. A Keep Working? prompt will appear a few minutes before the timeout. This will help users who need to spend a longer amount of time on Pushpage or other tasks that might accidentally cause them to appear “idle."
