Do your parents ever ask you if there is an app for onCampus? When parents ask this, it’s important to understand what they really want to achieve. Is it offline access for grades or directories that they want, or is it really that they want an icon button on their phone to touch to get them into the parent portal quickly? If the answer is about quick and easy access, then help them jump the technology hurdle and teach them how to make a shortcut on their homescreen.
