Once you void, you can print a control report to view the voided payments. For more information about voiding computer checks, see Void Payments in the help file.

Account and code setup
From Account & code setup, in Control panel, Settings, you can now work with your account setup and account code details. Initially, you set up your account details from Account Setup in the Configuration module of the database view. During the setup process, you define your organization’s account structure, category definitions, invalid segment combinations, and default descriptions. Once complete, you can now conveniently update some of these areas in the webview.
  • Under Account setup, you can review your account structure, and edit details including category definitions, invalid segment combinations, and default descriptions. For more information, see Account Setup in the help file.
  • Under Account codes, you can search for and filter all account codes that currently exist in the system, edit or delete them, and add new ones. For more information, see Account Codes in the help file.
Chart organizer enhancements
With this release, we added the ability to add a new Chart validation report. For more information, see Chart Organizer in the help file.

And lastly, we changed where you access Chart organizer from. You now access Chart organizer from the General ledger menu.
